Fantasy Bridal Referral Program Terms & Conditions

We love when Fantasy Bridal brides send their friends, family, and fellow brides-to-be our way. Our Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for sharing your Fantasy Bridal experience.
The following Terms & Conditions explain eligibility, qualifying referrals, rewards, payment procedures, and other important details of the Fantasy Bridal Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree to these terms.
1. Program Eligibility
The Fantasy Bridal Referral Program is available to brides who purchased a wedding dress from Fantasy Bridal on or after the beginning of the program in 2012.
To participate as a referring bride, you must have completed a wedding dress purchase through Fantasy Bridal. Attending an appointment, trying on wedding dresses, or purchasing accessories or other merchandise without purchasing a wedding dress does not qualify an individual to participate as a referring bride.
A referring bride does not need to have paid her wedding dress balance in full before beginning to earn qualifying referrals.
Referral eligibility does not expire based on a bride's wedding date or the amount of time that has passed since her wedding dress purchase, provided Fantasy Bridal remains in business and the Referral Program remains active.
2. What Qualifies as a Referral?
A qualifying referral occurs when an eligible Fantasy Bridal bride refers another bride who then purchases a wedding dress from Fantasy Bridal.
The referred bride must provide the first and last name of the referring bride before her wedding dress transaction is completed.
The referring bride's name may be provided when booking an appointment, at the beginning of or during the bridal appointment, or at the time of purchase. However, the referral must be identified before the wedding dress transaction is finalized.
Fantasy Bridal is not required to retroactively apply referral credit after a wedding dress transaction has been completed.
3. One Referring Bride Per Purchase
Each qualifying wedding dress purchase may be credited to one referring bride only.
If a purchasing bride has been referred by multiple eligible Fantasy Bridal brides, they must select which individual they would like to receive the referral credit before completing their wedding dress transaction.
Referral credit cannot be divided, duplicated, or shared between multiple referring brides.
4. When a Referral Is Earned
A referral is considered earned once the referred bride completes the purchase of a qualifying wedding dress from Fantasy Bridal.
The referring bride does not need to have paid her own wedding dress balance in full in order for referrals to begin accumulating.
However, monetary rewards issued through the Referral Program cannot exceed the amount the referring bride has already paid toward her own wedding dress at the time a reward is issued.
For example, if an eligible bride has paid $680 toward her wedding dress and reaches the three-referral milestone, she may receive the $50 referral reward because she has already paid more toward her gown than the value of the reward earned.
5. Referral Rewards Ladder
Eligible brides earn rewards as they reach the following qualifying referral milestones:

Up to the Full Eligible Cost of Your Wedding Dress Back
Rewards are earned progressively as each milestone is reached. Reaching a new milestone does not eliminate rewards previously earned.
For example, a bride reaching six qualifying referrals will have already earned the one-referral and three-referral rewards and will then become eligible for the six-referral reward.
6. Eight-Referral Wedding Dress Reimbursement
Eight qualifying referrals represents the highest established reward level within the current Fantasy Bridal Referral Program.
Upon reaching eight qualifying referrals, an eligible bride may receive reimbursement up to the full eligible amount she paid for her wedding dress.
For purposes of the Referral Program, the eligible cost of the wedding dress includes the cost of the wedding dress itself only.
The eligible amount does not include:
- Sales tax
- Alterations
- Accessories
- Shipping charges
- Rush fees
- Storage fees
- Other products, services, charges, or fees associated with the purchase
Any monetary referral rewards previously received through the three- and six-referral milestones will be deducted from the final gown reimbursement.
For example, if the eligible cost of a bride's wedding dress was $1,500 and she previously received $50 at three referrals and $200 at six referrals, the maximum remaining reimbursement available upon reaching eight qualifying referrals would be $1,250.
The total monetary value received through the Referral Program will not exceed the eligible amount the bride paid for her wedding dress.
7. Referred Bride $50 Accessory Credit
A bride referred by an eligible Fantasy Bridal bride may receive $50 toward accessories with the purchase of a wedding dress.
The referred bride must identify the referring bride before her wedding dress transaction is completed in order to qualify.
The $50 accessory credit must be used at the time of the wedding dress purchase unless an accessories follow-up appointment has already been booked and delayed use of the credit has been approved by Fantasy Bridal management.
The $50 accessory credit:
- Cannot be applied toward the purchase price of the wedding dress.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers, including BOGO accessory promotions.
- Must otherwise be used in accordance with Fantasy Bridal's current accessory policies.
Exceptions to the timing of the accessory credit must be approved by Fantasy Bridal management.
8. Referral Verification & Processing
Reaching a referral milestone does not mean that a reward will be issued immediately.
Fantasy Bridal must verify qualifying referrals before rewards are approved. This process may include confirming referral information, reviewing purchase records, confirming the referring bride's current position within the Rewards Ladder, reviewing the amount paid toward her wedding dress, and confirming that all applicable Referral Program requirements have been met.
Please allow time for verification and processing.
Once a milestone and reward have been verified, Fantasy Bridal will contact the referring bride regarding the reward and any additional information needed to complete the process.
Fantasy Bridal's internal purchase and referral records will be used to verify qualifying referrals and determine eligibility for rewards.
9. Payment of Monetary Rewards
Monetary referral rewards are issued by Fantasy Bridal via check sent by mail.
Before issuing a check, Fantasy Bridal will confirm the referring bride's current mailing address. It is the bride's responsibility to provide Fantasy Bridal with a complete and accurate mailing address.
Fantasy Bridal is not responsible for checks that are lost, delayed, or misdirected as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the recipient.
Referral reward checks must be cashed or deposited within 60 days of the issue date. Referral checks are not held or considered valid indefinitely and may become void following the 60-day period.
10. Referrals Beyond Eight
Fantasy Bridal is incredibly grateful for brides who continue recommending our store even after reaching the highest Referral Program milestone.
Eight qualifying referrals currently represents the highest established reward level within the program. Brides are welcome to continue referring friends after reaching eight qualifying referrals; however, referrals beyond the eight-referral milestone do not currently have a predetermined monetary or other reward value.
Fantasy Bridal may choose to recognize additional referrals at its discretion, but continued referrals beyond eight do not guarantee an additional reward.
11. No Expiration of Individual Referral Eligibility
There is currently no expiration date on an eligible bride's ability to participate in the Fantasy Bridal Referral Program.
A bride who purchased her wedding dress from Fantasy Bridal on or after the program began in 2012 may continue accumulating qualifying referrals regardless of how much time has passed since her purchase or wedding date, provided Fantasy Bridal remains in business and the Referral Program remains active.
12. Referral Tracking & Verification
Fantasy Bridal maintains internal records to track qualifying referrals and earned milestones.
Because referrals may accumulate over a period of several years, Fantasy Bridal may require additional time to research and verify historical purchases, referral activity, or previously issued rewards.
Participants may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to assist Fantasy Bridal in locating or verifying their customer record.
All rewards are subject to verification before being issued.
13. Misuse of the Referral Program
The Fantasy Bridal Referral Program is intended to reward genuine referrals from Fantasy Bridal brides.
Fantasy Bridal reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify referrals or participants when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, duplicate referrals, false information, self-referrals, misuse of the program, or other activity inconsistent with the intent of the Referral Program.
Referral rewards may not be duplicated or earned through fraudulent or misleading activity.
Fantasy Bridal reserves the right to review unusual referral activity before approving or issuing a reward.
14. Rewards Are Non-Transferable
Referral milestones and rewards belong to the eligible Fantasy Bridal bride associated with the qualifying referrals.
Referral counts, milestone rewards, gown reimbursement eligibility, and other benefits earned through the Referral Program may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or combined with another individual's referral activity unless specifically authorized by Fantasy Bridal management.
15. Program Changes, Suspension or Discontinuation
Fantasy Bridal reserves the right to modify, update, pause, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time.
This may include changes to:
- Referral eligibility requirements
- Qualifying purchase requirements
- Reward amounts
- Reward milestones
- Referred-bride incentives
- Verification procedures
- Payment procedures
- These Terms & Conditions
Qualifying rewards that have already been fully earned before a program modification, suspension, or discontinuation will be honored according to the terms in effect when the reward was earned.
Future or incomplete referral milestones may be subject to updated program terms.
16. Management Discretion
Fantasy Bridal reserves the right to review individual circumstances that are not specifically addressed within these Terms & Conditions.
Any exceptions to Referral Program policies must be approved by Fantasy Bridal management. Approval of an exception in one circumstance does not require Fantasy Bridal to provide the same exception in another circumstance.
