Things to Know Before You Book

Store Procedures

Guest Policy: We kindly ask that brides bring 2-3 guests to their regular bridal appointment, as seating in our store is limited and shared with other guests. If you'd like to bring more guests, we recommend booking a weekday appointment (Monday–Thursday) or exploring our private appointment options. For groups larger than 5 guests, a private appointment is required, we CANNOT accommodate more guests on regular appointments.
Appointments: To try on wedding dresses, an appointment is required.

Expectations

Weekend Appointments: Weekends are our busiest times. If you're seeking a quieter, more intimate shopping experience, we encourage booking a weekday appointment.
Busy Season: During our busy season (January–June), weekend appointments tend to book up several weeks in advance. We recommend scheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Exploratory Appointments

If you are not quite ready to shop for your wedding dress, we do offer a different appointment option.

A $100 appointment fee applies only to visits that are:

Shorter than our standard 90 minute appointment
Focused on inspiration, browsing, or narrowing down silhouettes
Intended for trying on dresses to get ideas or play dress up rather than shopping with intent to purchase
