Do I Qualify for a Virtual Appointment?

Wondering if a virtual appointment is right for you? This feature is ideal for brides that have started wedding dress shopping in their area and have at least found their favorite style/silhouette. Booking a virtual appointment cost $50 (non-refundable) and that amount goes towards the dress you decide on.

The appointment is geared for brides that cannot make it into our store. The dresses on our website are available for immediate purchase.  Please consult the website for size availability for your virtual appointment. The website updates every 4 hours so this is something to keep in mind for availability.

Virtual appointments are recommended over phone orders due to designers photos being photoshopped and lighting being different. We want you to see a realistic idea of what the color and details all look like.

Wedding dresses in general are Final Sale but by doing a virtual appointment this opts you into our "Happiness Guaranteed Program" that allows a one-time exchange without an additional fee other than shipping. We also offer a “Try-Before-You-Buy Program” if you’re in-between dresses that allows the shipment of multiple dresses to be tried on in the comfort of your own home (additional fees will apply). Both options will be discussed during your virtual appointment.

Virtual Appointment Programs

Happiness Guarantee Program

Our happiness guarantee program allows for a bride to have a virtual appointment where she works directly with a consultant to choose a wedding dress virtually. The bride must pay in full for the chose dress. We offer a complimentary detailing of the selected gowns, however, opting into detailing of the dresses adds 1 week to the shipping time. In these situations, Fantasy Bridal will ship out the chosen dress to the bride. Our happiness guarantee program allows the bride to have a ONE-TIME exchange of her dress. However, the bride does pay for all shipping associated with the dresses.  

 

Try-Before-You-Buy Program

Our try-before-you-buy program policy allows for a bride to have a virtual appointment where she works directly with a consultant to choose a selection of wedding dresses virtually to try on in the comfort of their own home. The bride must pay in full for the least expensive dress chosen. We offer a complimentary detailing of the selected gowns, however, opting into detailing of the dresses adds 2 weeks to the shipping time. In these situations, Fantasy Bridal will ship out the selected dresses to the bride. Our try-before-you-buy program allows the bride to choose one of these selected dresses and send back the others. The bride will be charged in full for the dress she chooses. A return shipping label will be provided to send back the other dresses. If unchosen dresses are not received back to Fantasy Bridal, the card on file will be charged for each dress not received back.

2-3 dresses = $350

4-5 dresses = $550

*Cost includes program fees and shipping both ways

Get Shopping

Browse our selection of wedding dresses on our website. We carry over 2,800 wedding dresses in our store with most of them on our website. Looking for modest wedding dresses? Note we have an entire section of the website dedicated to that. 

When browsing our selection, you can specify designer, size, silhouette, etc. Please keep in mind when selecting size to take into consideration wedding dresses run smaller than normal clothes. We suggest choosing dresses that are 1-2 sizes up from your normal pant/dress size.

Creating a Wishlist: On each dress, there is an option to "Add to Wishlist". This is great for compiling dresses that you are interested in and may want to see.

Filling Out The Form

The next process before we can book your virtual appointment is to fill out our virtual appointment form. This will give us general information about you, details of your wedding day, getting your measurements, etc. 

This form is absolutely necessary before we can even discuss days/times for your virtual appointment. 

It is HIGHLY recommended to get professional measurements when at all possible. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements, although we give you a detailed process of how to have someone help measure you within the form. If you need our guidance on how to measure yourself, please let us know and we can accommodate this during your virtual appointment.
