     Our bridal consultants are trained to work very hard to help you find your dream gown that uniquely fits your personal style.  From start to finish, your consultant works with you to use your inspiration, budget, time-frame and anything else unique to you and your plans.

Regular In Store Bridal Appointments:

Our standard bridal appointments are complimentary with no charge. These appointments are 90 minutes and are designed for brides who are actively shopping for their wedding dress. You will start by filling out a short questionnaire so we can understand your style, vision, and timeline. From there, a dedicated bridal consultant will guide you through the entire appointment and help you try on gowns that align with what you are looking for.

Weekend appointments are our busiest. If you are hoping for a quieter and more intimate experience, we recommend booking a weekday appointment when availability allows. During our busy season from January through June, appointments typically book one week in advance.

Exploratory or Short Appointments:

If you are not quite ready to shop for your wedding dress, we do offer a different appointment option.

A $100 appointment fee applies only to visits that are:

  • Shorter than our standard 90 minute appointment

  • Focused on inspiration, browsing, or narrowing down silhouettes

  • Intended for trying on dresses to get ideas or play dress up rather than shopping with intent to purchase

This fee helps us reserve time and provide personalized assistance for guests who are still in the early stages of their dress journey. Please call us at 801-963-1700 to book this type of an appointment.

Things To Know Before You Book

Store Procedures

  • Guest Policy: We kindly ask that brides bring 2-3 guests to their regular bridal appointment, as seating in our store is limited. If you'd like to bring more guests, we recommend booking a weekday appointment (Monday–Thursday) or exploring our private appointment options. For groups larger than 5 guests, a private appointment is required.
  • Appointments: To try on wedding dresses, an appointment is required.

Expectations

  • Weekend Appointments: Weekends are our busiest times. If you're seeking a quieter, more intimate shopping experience, we encourage booking a weekday appointment.
  • Busy Season: During our busy season (January–June), weekend appointments tend to book up several weeks in advance. We recommend scheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Accessory Appointments

Already have your wedding dress but want to finish the look?

Accessories are a great way to personalize your bridal look! Book an accessory appointment where you work with a consultant to try on everything from veils, sleeves/straps, jewelry, headpieces and more.

Accessory appointments are Monday-Friday and are subject to availability. If you bought a dress elsewhere, you are more than welcome to bring the dress in to try it on with our accessories.
