What Type of Bridal Appointment Should I Do?

Congratulations on embarking on the journey to find your dream wedding dress! Before you schedule your appointment, we'd like to provide some essential information to ensure your experience is seamless and unforgettable.




Regular Appointments: At Fantasy Bridal, we offer regular appointments free of charge (Monday-Saturday). Each regular appointment is allotted 90 minutes and allows for the bride to bring along 2-3 guests.


Weekdays vs. Weekends

If you're looking for a quieter, more intimate experience, we recommend doing a weekday appointment (Monday-Thursday). If you book a weekday appointment we are also more flexible with the amount of guests that you bring to your appointment. We can accommodate up to 5 guests on these days. 

On our weekend appointments (Friday/Saturday), you are allowed to have up to 3 guests at your appointment. Please understand that due to space constraints and to accommodate other brides, we limit the number of guests per appointment. During our peak season from January to June, weekend appointments fill up quickly. To secure your preferred time slot, we advise booking several weeks in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability for waitlisted appointments.

Private Appointments: For an exclusive and personalized experience, we offer private appointments at a non-refundable fee of $350, with $200 of that amount credited towards your dress purchase. These two-hour appointments take place after-hours or on Sundays, providing you with undivided attention from our consultants in a private setting. You and your guests (up to 10) will enjoy a curated selection of music and receive one complimentary celebratory beverage of your choice. To enhance your appointment, we offer customizable catering upgrades, including charcuterie boards, Crumbl cookies, dessert platters, and more. Additionally, non-food related upgrades such as bridal gift boxes or floral bouquets are available to make your experience truly special.

Accessories Appointments: Once you've found your dream dress, it's time to explore accessories to complete your bridal look. Our 45-minute accessories appointments allow you to browse through a wide selection of capes, gloves, sleeves, jewelry, veils, and more. Even if you haven't purchased your dress from us, you're welcome to bring it along and try on accessories to complement your gown.
