What is it?
Our try-before-you-buy program policy allows for a bride to have a virtual appointment where she works directly with a consultant to choose a selection of wedding dresses virtually to try on in the comfort of their own home. The bride must pay in full for the least expensive dress chosen and decide whether she wants a detail of the dresses. Detailing of the dresses adds 2 weeks to the shipping time. In these situations, Fantasy Bridal will ship out the selected dresses to the bride. Our try-before-you-buy program allows the bride to choose one of these selected dresses and send back the others. The bride will be charged in full for the dress she chooses. A return shipping label will be provided to send back the other dresses.

All money paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. With our "Try-Before-You-Buy Program" brides are able to choose a selection of dresses delivered to them to have an in-home shopping experience. At the time of purchase, brides pay in full the cost of the least expensive dress of their selection. If the bride chooses any dress other than the least expensive dress that was pre-paid, they will need to pay the difference before shipping the unselected dress back.
Once dresses are delivered, Fantasy Bridal requires a follow-up virtual appointment to finalize their wedding gown purchase. They must call/text within 24 hours of delivery to schedule your appointment. The appointment must be scheduled to occur within 3 business days of delivery. Late fees may apply
The location in which the bride is trying on selected gowns must be smoke-free, pet-free, and clean to avoid damaging the dress and being charged up to the full amount of the dress for any damages incurred.
Unselected dresses must be shipped back to our store and a final decision needs to be made within 48 hours of the second virtual appointment.
Failure to ship back, unselected dresses will result in being charged the full amount of each dress shipped from the card on file.
Unselected dresses need to have tags attached and in unworn condition to be eligible to be returned. Any damaged dresses are subject to the cost of repair up to the full cost of the dress based on Fantasy Bridal's discretion.
Shipping times will vary depending on whether the bride opts-in for the free detailing of their gown or not (all dresses will have a soft detailing, full detailing requires an additional 14 days to complete):
__Detailed gowns will be delivered between 14 and 21 days of being purchased.
__Brides who choose not to have their gown detailed are agreeing to our as-is policy. Fantasy Bridal is not responsible for any gowns that are damaged or soiled if they choose to bypass a detailing.
Accurate measurements are extremely important and should be professionally taken when at all possible. Wedding dresses are not "ready-to-wear" and will require alterations. Fantasy Bridal is not responsible for incorrect measurements or sizing.
The bride understands that wedding gowns are not Ready-to-wear and do require alterations. Prices vary greatly and we are not responsible for any of the work done outside of our store. Fantasy Bridal is not able to quote outside alterations pricing.
