At Fantasy Bridal, we validate your concerns about COVID-19.

 

 WE ARE CURRENTLY OPEN

 

We have decided to take a few measures to ensure the health of our brides, families, friends and our staff:

 

  • As always, we are by appointment only. This is for our safety and yours. 

  • We ask that no more than 2 guests MAX on Fridays and Saturdays can join the bride at her appointment (Internet is available for Facetime/Skype).

  • We can accomodate groups of 3 guests MAX Monday-Thursday.

  • We are not requiring masks at appointments but it is recommended according to CDC and government guidelines. We also have masks available if desired.

  • Brides guest (must be one she is quarantined with) will be asked to assist bride in trying on dresses to comply with 6 foot social distancing.

  • Bridal Consultant will be available to pull dresses, assist with questions and inquiries, give advice and look into order information.

  • Please no children, elderly or high risk individuals at appointments.

  • If the bride or anyone in her group feels unwell, we ask that you reschedule for a later date.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk.

 

In-store we are doing the following:

 

  • In addition to our regular daily cleaning, we are sanitizing our front desk and areas that make contact with brides and staff.

    • Including but not limited to: fitting rooms, slips, bras, credit card machines, etc.

  • Separating seating and groups to adhere to social distancing standards (6 feet apart at all times).

  • Groups not allowed to pre-shop or pull dresses and must stay seated during the duration of the appointment.

Current Brides:

Having been around for over 30 years, we have faced numerous challenges such as the recent Chinese Tariffs and the LA Port Strikes of 2014.

There has never been an occurrence that a bride has not been able to receive their wedding dress on-time for their special day. 

As we have done in the past, we will continue to keep current brides up to date on current orders, shipping dates, arrivals, etc.

 

If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us over the phone. Our goal is to be there for each and every bride and communication is the biggest key.

 

What we offer: 

We carry over 1,000 gowns in-store that are available to be purchased immediately.

With new and in-store dresses, we do a FREE press and detail on all our gowns to ensure they are perfect for your special day!

 

Our Designers:

We also carefully choose designers that carry available stock that can be shipped within 10 business days in the U.S. so you may have the opportunity to have a brand new wedding dress.

With our long-time experience, we automatically pad each designers ship dates anywhere from two to four weeks to account for any possible delays that might incur with custom orders.
